Each user may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, or the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Users must provide accurate and complete information at registration. Name, mobile number, date of birth, and other details must match a valid government-issued ID. During the verification process, dik win may request additional identity documents at any time.

Account Management and Security

The security of each account is the responsibility of the respective user. Login credentials must not be shared with any third party. Keeping a strong password and changing it regularly is the member's own responsibility.

If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed, the dik win support team must be informed immediately. dik win is not liable for any loss arising from third-party use of an account.

• An account may only be used by its registered owner
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited
• Operating an account using automated bots or software is not allowed
• If unusual activity is detected on an account, dik win may temporarily suspend it for verification

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the dik win platform is ৳500. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer may be used to add funds to an account. Only payment methods registered in the user's own name are accepted for deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. dik win generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank) may be used for withdrawals.

4.3 Payment Verification

dik win may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. It is recommended that the user's deposit method and withdrawal method be the same. If verification is delayed, the withdrawal process may be held up — in such cases, users are advised to contact the support team.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dik win offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. Before withdrawing bonus funds, the user must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Ongoing Promotional Offers

The weekly dik win Festival Bonus offers up to 50% of the deposit amount as a bonus up to ৳10,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. The dik win Slots Fun Bonus gives up to 30% of the deposit on slot games up to ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement. 5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms
• If a withdrawal is requested before meeting the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements as a group or syndicate is prohibited
• dik win reserves the right to withdraw or change any bonus at any time

Gaming Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All users on the dik win platform must play honestly and fairly. No attempt may be made to influence game outcomes using any software, algorithm, or technical aid. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

6.2 List of Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, auto-play tools, or scripts to operate games
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to obtain abnormal winnings
• Betting as a group or organisation to claim bonuses or other advantages
• Using or attempting to steal another member's account credentials
• Filing false complaints or chargebacks against dik win
• Carrying out technical attacks intended to harm the platform

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

When placing bets on sports markets, the user must confirm that they have no insider connection to any athlete, club, or event. Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

Limitation of Liability

dik win makes every effort to operate its services reliably. However, dik win cannot be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If service is disrupted due to a problem with the user's own device or connection
• In the case of technical faults caused by third-party game providers
• If service is suspended due to an unexpected natural disaster or other unavoidable cause
• For losses arising from the user's own incorrect information or negligence

If abnormal winnings or losses occur due to a technical fault, the specific round or session in question may be considered void, and the amounts to be forfeited or refunded will be determined accordingly.

Changes to Terms

dik win reserves the right to amend, expand, or remove any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users through the contact method registered on their account. Changes take effect once published on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the updated terms. If any change is not acceptable, the option to close the account remains available.
